End User License Agreement (EULA)
Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you, as either an individual or a single entity ("You" or "Licensee"), and World Of Workflows Pty Ltd ("Licensor") regarding your use of "World of Workflows" software ("Software").
By installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
Amendments
Licensor reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by providing such revised Agreement to you or posting the revised Agreement on its website.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of NSW, Australia.
Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Software solely for your personal or business purposes.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all rights, title, interest, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software. Any unauthorised use of the Software will violate this Agreement and applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Licensor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works of the Software.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law permits, despite this limitation.
Support and Updates
Support, updates, and maintenance for the Software may be provided by Licensor at its discretion and may require additional fees.
Termination
Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
