World of Workflows was well represented at this week's Digital as Usual event hosted by Digital Nation.
This exclusive event, hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel in Sydney was the launch of the Digital as Usual AI, Automation and Analytics Report.
The event consisted of three-panel sessions, covering AI, Automation, and Analytics and our own Nick Beaugeard joined Velvet-Belle Templeman for a fireside chat discussing key points when performing automation projects.
Nick discussed not only the benefits of automation but also some items to look out for such as not biting off more than you can chew, using good change management and
automation to avoid the project terrorist!
Following that were the table-by-table chats followed by a lively discussion about automation projects and the benefits of integrating AI and automation projects.
One of the key takeaways of the event was the need to have a non-technical champion for any automation project to help you drive change in your business and encourage the rest of the team to get on board.
Finally it was also lovely to see Andrew Hottes, the CDIO at Cranbrook School discuss the automation projects they have embarked on and all the future ones in store, all using World of Workflows.
Athina Mallis and Velvet-Belle Templeman put on an awesome event, and the conversation was lively, and interesting and had some great speakers. Can't wait for the next one!
